Music, being active in nature, and mental health wellness are 3 of my top passions. I am a big believer in identifying and building on each other's strengths, and collaboration is important to me. I deeply enjoy my work with adults in private practice, and I have extensive experience working with adolescents within the school setting, as well as in private practice and in partial hospitalization programs and overnight camps.
Even when life feels overwhelming, you already have strengths that therapy can help you build on. I help adolescents and adults feel more grounded and capable through a strengths-based, interactive approach with practical tools for managing anxiety, depression, and other mood-related challenges. I take a co-created, goal-oriented approach to therapy, beginning with understanding what’s bringing you in and what you’d like to change. We identify your existing strengths, develop practical skills, and work through current challenges in ways that feel realistic and sustainable. I also support family members affected by a mood disorder diagnosis. If anything here resonates with you, I encourage you to reach out. Therapy is a collaborative process, and change is possible — you don’t have to navigate challenges alone. I look forward to the opportunity to work together.
