Available virtually in Massachusetts, I have over a decade of experience in mental health, supporting both individual and group clients in finding greater peace and resilience. I work with adults and older adolescents (18+), facing a range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, addiction, gender-related issues, and more.
Life’s challenges can sometimes feel overwhelming, but I am here to help you navigate through them holistically. I approach wellness by addressing the whole person—body, mind, and spirit—combining traditional therapy with integrative tools like Reiki. I am also certified in biomagnetism, a profound approach to wellness that gets to the emotional root cause of illness. These methods can allow us to delve into the emotional roots of physical and mental obstacles to foster healing.
Together, we’ll work to release what’s holding you back and find a path that feels authentic and fulfilling to you. By harmonizing the mind-body-spirit connection, we’ll create space for the emotions and beliefs that bring you joy and purpose. My approach isn’t one-size-fits-all; it’s a journey tailored to you.
My background includes roles in mental health at the Hampden County Sheriff’s Department in Ludlow, Massachusetts, and the Center for Human Development’s Pine Street Outpatient Clinic in Springfield, Massachusetts. I hold a master’s degree in psychology from Westfield State University and a bachelor’s degree in fine art from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
