Based in Massachusetts, I am a licensed social worker with a focus in depression anxiety, and trauma/ Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). I work with individuals to explore their personal stories, process life’s challenges, and take meaningful steps toward healing and growth. My approach is grounded in addressing the complex relationship of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, Adult attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Obsessive-Compulsive Personality Disorder (OCPD), and substance use disorders, with a commitment to meeting each person exactly where they are.
With experience in a wide range of settings—including inpatient detox, residential centers, community programs, state prisons, and outpatient clinics—I bring a well-rounded perspective to therapy. These experiences have shaped my ability to support clients as they work through trauma, navigate systemic challenges, and uncover the strengths needed to move forward.
In therapy, I use a person-centered approach, creating a safe and collaborative space for exploration and resilience-building. I integrate evidence-based techniques, including mindfulness-based Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, solutions-focused therapy, and narrative therapy, to help clients gain insight into their patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. This work is aimed at helping clients develop tools to overcome challenges and create a new, empowering narrative for their lives.
As a BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, I am dedicated to providing culturally sensitive and inclusive care. Whether you are seeking support for trauma, addiction, anxiety, or systemic challenges, I am here to help you navigate your journey and build the rewarding future you envision.
