Available virtually in Massachusetts, I specialize in helping people with depression, anxiety, stress, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) with extensive experience in divorce, parenting, and substance abuse issues. With over two decades of experience in managing high-pressure situations and fostering calm, my goal is to emphasize client strengths and personal choices while helping them to facilitate healthy decisions to implement wellness into their daily lives.

With extensive training in drug and alcohol addiction, suicide prevention, intervention, and postvention, and advanced stress management, I believe in the uniqueness of every individual. In every therapy session, I ensure your thoughts, feelings, and concerns will be worked on in a safe, non-judgmental environment while fostering a deep connection and trust.

My background has equipped me with strong communication skills, crisis intervention expertise, a deep understanding of human behavior, and strong problem-solving with creative out-of-the-box thinking. I have a master’s degree in mental health counseling from Bridgewater State University in Bridgewater, Massachusetts as well as a master’s degree in criminal justice from Western New England College in Springfield, Massachusetts.
