Based in Massachusetts, I specialize in serving kids (6-10), teens, and young adults (18-25). I have worked with children as young as 3 years old and use a person-centered strengths based approach in counseling. In therapy, we utilize your strengths to identify strategies and coping skills to manage your needs and maximize new coping skills as your human development and growth unfolds. I believe in the importance of establishing a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship, where people feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences as they grow into the best version of themselves. We will diagnose core issues and create a plan to overcome limitations and maximize your strengths.
I use a blend of therapeutic modalities, such as Individual Play Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Mindfulness-based approaches, tailoring interventions to meet each individual's unique needs. My goal is to create a space where clients can freely express themselves and work toward positive change. I utilize active listening, empathy, and effective communication to ensure that clients feel validated and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.
I have a master’s of education degree in mental health counseling and a bachelor’s degree in business management from Springfield College in Springfield, Massachusetts.
