Darcy

Available virtually across Massachusetts, I specialize in supporting teens and young adults navigating pivotal life transitions, emotional challenges, anxiety, depression, and self-doubt to realize the best parts of themselves. My approach is grounded in a whole-person perspective, allowing us to address the unique experiences that arise during this stage of life. With a focus on deep listening, I work to normalize your experiences, identify recurring thoughts or behaviors, and provide actionable insights that empower you to overcome obstacles and realize your potential.

I have a particular passion for helping clients with LGBTQIA+ concerns, providing supportive resources, guidance through the coming-out process, and addressing self-harm issues. My background includes work with adolescents in various settings, including early experience at a residential program in Arlington, Massachusetts for girls with emotional and behavioral challenges. This foundation has deepened my understanding of adolescent struggles and the complex challenges they face, whether it’s transitioning from high school to college, managing anxiety or depression, navigating identity, or building healthy relationships.

I also bring specialized expertise in trauma/post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and eating disorders for clients of all genders. Drawing from evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, family systems, and psychodynamic approaches, I help clients link past experiences to current functioning to foster greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and healthier relationships. Through our work together, we’ll develop a client-centered treatment plan that is thoughtful, sustainable, and attuned to fostering both mental health and mental wellness.

You can overcome life’s challenges with the right support and create a life that brings you joy. Book an appointment today, and take the first step toward a life that feels true to you.
