Available virtually and in-office in Massachusetts, I am a strong believer in human potentiality and using the uniqueness of each client to achieve transformational growth through a person-centered, strength-based, and empowerment driven approach.
I offer both a holistic approach through strengthening one’s mind (psyche), body (movement), and spirit (meditation) as well as traditional modalities such as CBT, Mindfulness, Narrative Therapies, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Focused-CBT, and DBT. My therapeutic approach includes creative growth through exploration of expressive arts therapies (music, dance, movement, art, drama, visual journaling, etc.) as an extension to introspection and transformation. Talk is cheap!
I have extensive field work and specialize in substance abuse, anxiety, depression, trauma, and survivors of domestic and sexual violence. I love working with tweens/teens through adults, empowering clients to transcend to one’s highest potential.
My education consists of a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from the University of Rhode Island (URI), as well as a master’s degree and certificate of advanced graduate studies in clinical mental health with concentration in holistic counseling, and a certificate of advanced graduate studies in the professional applications of the expressive and creative arts from Salve Regina University in Newport, Rhode Island.
I embrace supporting you on your path to healing. Let’s change your energy, your vibe, your subconscious so your whole being will transform into the experience you were meant to be.
