Music, being active in nature, and mental health wellness are three of my top passions. I'm also a big believer in building on strengths, and that belief shapes everything I do in therapy.

Even when life feels overwhelming, you already have strengths that therapy can help you build on. I work with adolescents and adults in Massachusetts experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and other mood-related challenges to help them feel more grounded and capable through an interactive approach.

My background spans high school counseling, a clinical role in an adolescent Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Program, and years of private practice work with individuals and families. My range of experience has given me a deep appreciation for how impactful a new diagnosis can be for the person receiving it and for the people who love them.

I have a particular passion for working with adolescents and their families when they're navigating something new and uncertain, like a first diagnosis of bipolar disorder, ADHD, or depression. Parents often need just as much support in those moments as their child, figuring out what it means, how to help, and how to move forward.

My approach is co-created and goal-oriented. We start with what's bringing you in and what you'd like to change. From there, we identify your existing strengths, develop practical skills, and work through challenges in ways that feel realistic and sustainable. I draw on CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused approaches, and I meet clients where they are, including using music and other creative methods with those who are new to therapy or hesitant about it.

If any of this resonates, please reach out. Many of my clients are taking this step for the first time, and part of what I do is help make that feel less daunting. Therapy is a collaborative process, and change is possible. You don't have to navigate challenges alone.
