POSITION SUMMARY:

We are a growing mental health practice seeking an experienced, licensed clinician to serve as our Clinical Site Supervisor. This role provides clinical leadership, supervision, and operational stability for our therapist team while supporting the continued growth and professionalism of the practice.

The ideal candidate is confident, emotionally grounded, and highly professional. We are looking for someone who leads with clarity, sets firm boundaries, and maintains a calm, solution-oriented presence. This role is well-suited for a clinician who enjoys leadership, accountability, and collaboration.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide ongoing clinical supervision and guidance to licensed and associate-level clinicians
  • Ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and documentation standards
  • Address clinical concerns, performance issues, and professional development needs
  • Maintain supervision records and required documentation
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for therapist questions and concerns
  • Promote professional boundaries, accountability, and best practices
  • Support onboarding, training, and retention of clinicians
  • Foster a culture of professionalism, consistency, and high clinical standards
  • Collaborate with ownership and administrative leadership to support clinic operations and growth
  • Provide feedback on policies, procedures, and workflow improvements
  • Participate in leadership meetings and strategic planning as needed
  • Maintain an active caseload of approximately 15 clients per week
  • Model best practices in client care, documentation, and professionalism

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Fully licensed clinician (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD)
  • Eligible to provide clinical supervision in the state
  • Minimum 5 years post-licensure clinical experience
  • Minimum 2 years supervisory or leadership experience preferred
  • Strong communication, boundary-setting, and problem-solving skills

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

  • Salary range: $80,000-$90,000/yr
