Eily D’Eletto, LMHC, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who supports children, adolescents, and adults navigating substance use, addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, family conflict, and other life challenges.Eily brings experience from a variety of clinical settings, including residential treatment, detoxification, medication-assisted treatment (MAT) clinics, and outpatient care. Her background allows her to support clients with both mental health and substance-use concerns while creating a compassionate and non-judgmental therapeutic environment.Eily takes a strong mind-body perspective and believes that mental well-being is closely connected to how we care for and use our bodies. She works collaboratively with clients to better understand their experiences, develop healthier coping strategies, and make meaningful changes that support overall wellness.
