Chrystal Durfee, LMHC, is a compassionate therapist who works with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, trauma, and feelings of being overwhelmed. She earned her master’s degree in counseling psychology with a focus on trauma and addiction from Fisher College and has experience working in preschool and early childhood programs, inpatient adolescent treatment, outpatient therapy, and group practice.
