Aaron Baskin, LMHC, is a therapist who works with adolescents and adults in Massachusetts experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and other mood-related challenges. His approach focuses on building on each client's existing strengths while developing practical skills to help them feel more grounded and capable.Aaron has experience in high school counseling, adolescent Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Programs, and private practice working with individuals and families. He has a particular interest in supporting adolescents and their families as they navigate new diagnoses such as bipolar disorder, ADHD, or depression.His approach is collaborative, co-created, and goal-oriented. Aaron draws from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused approaches, while also incorporating music and other creative methods when appropriate.
