Kenneth Beaupre, LMHC, LCMHC, is the Founder and Chief Wellness Officer of The Psyched Group. With a career spanning more than 25 years in healthcare, Kenneth brings a holistic perspective to mental health counseling, integrating emotional wellness, relationships, lifestyle, and personal growth into the therapeutic process.Kenneth works with individuals and families experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, anger, relationship concerns, addictive behaviors, trauma, and other emotional challenges. He also has a particular focus on men's issues, relationship satisfaction, sexual health, sex therapy, and masculine spirituality.His approach emphasizes authenticity, meaningful purpose, self-awareness, and positive action. Kenneth draws from holistic and integrative approaches while helping clients identify patterns, understand their experiences, and move toward a more fulfilling and balanced life.Kenneth earned his master's degree in Holistic Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Salve Regina University, with thesis work focused on expressive art therapies, narrative therapy, and somatic psychodrama. He founded The Psyched Group in 2014 with the goal of creating a mental wellness practice centered on both client well-being and therapist wellness.
