Based in Massachusetts, I specialize in serving children (4-11) and adults. I have worked with children as young as 3 years old and use a trauma-informed, holistic approach to treatment. I believe the first step to effective counseling is establishing a safe and secure therapeutic relationship. In an ideal therapeutic space, we can utilize your individual strengths to determine which strategies and coping skills can best meet your current symptoms and needs. This is where personal growth and progress can truly begin!
I use a mix of several different therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to play therapy, trauma informed cognitive-behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and somatic approaches. Each individual's treatment plan is unique and tailored to their specific symptoms and self-identified goals.
I have a master’s of science in mental health counseling from Suffolk University and a bachelor’s in psychology from the University of Maine at Farmington. Additionally, I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
